Chocolate Happy Way Protein Pancakes

Hop out of bed and start your day right with these delicious Happy Way chocolate pancakes! Rich in protein to keep you feeling great all morning long! 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas, Mashed
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Top of the Choc Happy Way Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Happy Way Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • Add all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
  • Grease a fry pan over medium heat with butter or oil and spoon approx. 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan.
  • Cook each side for approx. 1-2mins.
  • Top with desired toppings, such as fruit and maple syrup and enjoy!
