  • Add all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
  • Grease a fry pan over medium heat with butter or oil and spoon approx. 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan.
  • Cook each side for approx. 1-2mins.
  • Top with desired toppings, such as fruit and maple syrup and enjoy!
