1 Cup Flour of choice

¼ Cup Cacao Powder

1 Scoop Chocolate Happy Way Vegan Protein Powder

¼ Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Teaspoon Natural Vanilla extract

1 Teaspoon Bicarb Powder

1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

1  Cup Dark Choc Chips

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted

Grease a muffin pan and pre-heat oven to 160degrees celcius. 

In a large bowl add all of the ingredients (minus the choc chips) and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop mixture into prepared muffin pan and place into the oven to cook for approximately 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
