INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup white choc chips
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

METHOD

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, coconut sugar) and mix well.
  2. Add in the wet ingredients (butter, egg, vanilla, white choc chips) and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour into a greased pan (or lined with baking paper) and bake in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove and let cool before adding sprinkles on top. Slice and enjoy!
