FUNFETTI CARAMEL BISCUIT BARS
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Vegan Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup white choc chips
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, coconut sugar) and mix well.
- Add in the wet ingredients (butter, egg, vanilla, white choc chips) and stir until well combined.
- Pour into a greased pan (or lined with baking paper) and bake in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before adding sprinkles on top. Slice and enjoy!
