SINGLE SERVE CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4c oat flour
  • 1tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp applesauce
  • 3tbsp almond milk
  • 1tbsp grated carrots
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt


FROSTING

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients except carrots. Then fold in carrots till just combined
  2. Transfer batter to a small greased ramekin
  3. Air fry at 325F for 7-8min and let cool 5min
  4. For frosting, combine all ingredients till smooth. Spread over top of cooled cake and enjoy!
